Saw someone I liked on this site who had similar interests, when he saw I liked him he messaged me. Met him and absolutely hit it off and I feel like he is the one I have been looking and hoping for. Nearly 3 months on and going strong. Was initially just being inquisitive as wasn’t sure about joining at first but so glad I did and both our lives have changed now for the better. As an ODDA Member we are required to have appropriate and effective arrangements in place for dealing with complaints and enquiries.

The ODDA provides general information on common enquiries users have about dating services but will not deal directly with individual complaints which are properly the responsibility of member companies. The ODDA monitors enquiry and complaint levels and the issues complained about. It can intervene if it sees worrying trends or serious matters of concern.
